We returned to Home Reno after five years when they completed our kitchen renovation at the time to undertake a renovation on our laundry and powder room. Remon along with the staff (designer, administration, senio /site project managers and trades personnel) were all excellent, taking the time to listen and deliver on our needs. The quality and workmanship was excellent. Kudos to our site project manager (Robert) who always  kept us up to date on each phase of the project, ensured the schedule of work was adhered to or adjusted accordingly, little details were taken care of,  and was always available to discuss any concerns. Thank you Home Reno  for this second project we look forward to our next one! J

My reno jobs were all small - installing 2 new toilets and upgrading very old and leaking plumbing lines for laundry tubs.  Peter provided expert advice on what toilet to purchase and performed the installations efficiently and at flexible times convenient to meet my very busy lifestyle. We had this outfit renovate/remodel our ensuite bathroom. The end product is very satisfactory. The project manager was excellent in managing our expectations despite the issues he faced from their back office, where it was unclear to who was responsible for what. They kept shipping products we had not selected, and often we had to go through selection process multiple times. He was very responsive to our concerns and issues, with right amount of push back when needed. Of the four crew who he manage three were very good and one of those three was excellent.

We were tasked with a full reno of a small condominium unit for sale. From tear-down to finishing/fixture choices to sourcing materials to construction and installation - Home Reno  was pleasant, prompt, VERY helpful, with good communication and an absolutely AWESOME 'can-do" attitude. No matter what the issue, they found a quality solution. They came in on-budget too! Five BIG stars, for sure!!! I needed an expert in all trades (and not just a "jack of all trades") and found this in Peter Alexeef. He was reliable, punctual, helpful and thoughtful in every situation that I presented to him, as I was preparing homes to put on the market for my clients. He would assess carefully and always come up with an economical and quick solid answer to address any deficiency in the home. And then he would actually perform the work himself and leave me with a spotless work area. He is my "go-to" professional!

In October of 2020 my husband and I met Remon from Home Reno we had interviewed many contractors and we didn't either feel comfortable or would not take on the project as it was too small. In November we started the project we worked with the designer and HR's crew, it was hard  as store were shutting down and picking finishes, but Remon always made it right. He was calm and patient and was opened to changes along the way,. It was a pleasure to deal with the company and everytme I have made a call of concern he always send his crew to take a look. We had our complete main floor done by Home Reno last month and I have to say, I don't think I'll ever use anyone else for future work. From the moment we walked into their beautiful showroom and were greeted by their staff we knew we were in good hands, they had everything we needed for our renovation there. Their designers, David and Aleena, gave us a detailed quote and 3D design concept after visiting our house. The selection process was easy and efficient, if they didn't have a product on display that we liked we were able to see and select it on their big touchscreen TV in the showroom. Once the work started, our project manager Andrea was diligent and ensured deadlines were met. The trades were skilled and quick with their work, you have a very talented crew Remon. Amazing Customer Service Remon and his staff went far and beyond to assist us with an issue we had with a malfunctioning shower column. The manufacturer would not provide parts because we didn't have the receipt 5 years later. We decided to call Home Reno Direct who remodeled 3 bathrooms for us 5 years ago and they diligently tried to assist by contacting the manufacturer on our behalf. When he continued to be uncooperative, Remon offered us a new replacement column at no charge! To say the least, we were thrilled, relieved the ordeal was over, and very appreciative.

We had a great experience working with HR. The open concept design revealed few problems, so the project took longer than expected.  We did the renovation during COVID restrictions. Of course, there was some delays because of difficult situation. HR understood our vision, Remon and the tradesmen listened to our ideas, he didn’t hesitate to add his expert advice and helped us make the right choices. During the project, we met many of HR great staff and we found them just as friendly and helpful.  The whole time we felt positive. Kudos to Tim who demonstrated a great leadership, great teamwork and gets the work done. Everyone who came in the house worked meticulously to get all the little details and completed to our liking. My wife and I searched for a good 6 months before deciding on HomeReno to renovate our kitchen and 3 bathrooms. We could not have been happier with the results. Everyone did an amazing job and we felt like we were well taken care of. We first met with our designer, Amer, and he provided us with a 3D rendering of what our renovation would look like after it was completed, we were pretty impressed with the level of detail they went into when preparing things beforehand. We then did selections in their beautiful showroom and the job started with our project manager Don. Don was professional and to the point when working with us and his trades. Things went along smoothly and the end result was created with an attention to detail bar none. Any concerns we had during the renovation were quickly answered and if needed, someone would be at our house within a day or two to look at any issues we noticed. We can now safely say that this is going to be our forever home after this renovation. Thanks for the astounding work from Remon, Don, Amer, and the trades. Cheers!

My wife and I spent a good month searching for the right contractor to remodel our 4 bedroom home and boy are we glad we went with Home Reno. Our home was built in the 90s and was in desperate need of an update. Home Reno renovated our entire main and second floors over the course of 3 months without a hiccup. We came to Home Reno with 3 other quotes from competitors, and Home Reno was on the higher end of the estimates but we were very impressed by their presentation and the process they laid out for us. We initially met with their designer, Stephanie, she crafted a beautiful concept for our renovated home and presented us with a 3D model of what the end result would be. Selections then took place in their showroom. This part was really convenient for us as other contractors would have had us running to several different manufacturer's showrooms for selections. After selections we met with our project manager, Tim, he made us feel confident that the extensive work we were doing was going to be a priority for him and it sure was. Tim stayed on top of his trades, they were consistently on-time, are quite skilled in their work, and regularly cleaned up after themselves. Any issues along the way were quickly cleared up by Tim or the owner, Remon. In the end we couldn't have made a better choice, a big thank you goes out to the team at Home Reno. Our home is beautiful and our friends are jealous. 😉
